Important Information on Delivery, Collection & Access
Adequate Space & Access: Before ordering your roll-on-off, please ensure you have enough space to accommodate it. Carefully measure the area and ensure it is free from obstructions such as low hanging branches and overhead cables. Upon delivery and collection our large waste management vehicles require adequate space to lower the container into position and lift it for collection.
Only fill to permitted levels: Bins may only be filled to the permitted levels for safety reasons. We only accept level loads and reserve the right to refuse collection until excess waste has been removed.
Your Waste is Your Responsibility: As a waste producer, you are legally responsible for any waste you generate and store. Always ensure the correct waste types are placed into the container to avoid contamination, and separate recyclable waste whenever possible. Ensure your container is placed in a safe location to enhance security. For your peace of mind, we can provide fully sealed RoRos and containers with lockable doors.
Must be placed on private land: Roll on Roll Offs are not permitted on public highways and must be positioned onto private land.
