Senior Customer Relationship Manager
Philippa joined in November 2007, having previously worked as a Depot Manager within the site services industry. Philippa manages Countrystyle’s Customer Relationship Department, providing total waste management solutions to Countrystyle’s key account customers. These activities include providing skip and wheelie bins, tankering work including cesspit empties and interceptor cleaning, through to hazardous waste collection and disposal. Philippa also manages the external auditing of the sub-contractors utilised for the department’s key accounts.
