| Job Title: | Transport Office Assistant |

| Job Description: | We are seeking to recruit a Transport Office Assistant to work in our busy transport section based in Lenham, The responsibilities of the role are varied, however, these will include dealing with our customers, drivers and other internal departments as necessary. You will be actively involved in the day to day operational activities of the transport section and generally assisting in all aspects of the administrative side of the operation. Ideally the candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. A knowledge of SAGE 1000 would also be an advantage, however, training will be provided to the right candidate. Flexibility, a confident manner and customer focused attitude are a must as the successful applicant will be on the front line dealing with customers, drivers and other employees within the Countrystyle group. Hours of work are 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however, you must be flexible with these times to support the demands of the business. You will also be required to work on a rota basis on a Saturday from 7.00am to 12.00pm. Own transport would be an advantage due to the location of the site. | Job Description: | We are looking to recruit a field based sales executive. Reporting to the Sales Director you will sell new commercial business solutions to local, regional and national customers. You will proactively sell profitable new business within your territory and contribute to the development and management of the company's rapidly increasing customer database. You will be responsible for your own time management, however supported by a colleague generating appointments. You will be accountable via weekly sales reports demonstrating call rate, leads, pipeline business, quotations and business won. You will have a proven track record for gaining new business, preferably within the waste management industry, however business to business sales experience within the service sector is a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as being calm and calculated. Strong time management and business planning skills together with an up to date understanding of IT are essential as is a strong work ethic and the willingness to achieve.
